ІV International Scientific Practical Conference «Administrative Justice in Ukraine: Theory and Practice». Day 1. Part 1
Elections as a form of democracy, judicial protection of citizens' electoral rights, peculiarities of consideration of cases related to the election process - these topics were the subject of three sessions of the IV International Scientific and Practical Conference "Protection of Electoral Rights by Administrative Courts in Ukraine" which was conducted online by the Administrative Cassation Court within the Supreme Court on July 1-2, 2021.
Presentations were made by judges of the Supreme Court, judges of administrative courts of first and appellate instances, academic researchers, practitioners and international experts interested in the current state of judicial protection of electoral rights.
