Hi everyone, this is one simple idea.I will make a herbal tea , peach hibiscus oolong tea.
recipe
step 1: boiling 1 liter water
step 2 : put 3 cuted peaches ,
step 3 : put 1 handful hibiscus flowers
step 4 : put 1 Oolong Tea bag
step 5 : medium heat for 15 minutes
cool down you can drink. ice is optional
peach is highly antioxidant, boost immunity, protect heart, relive constipation.
Hibiscus flowers is highly antioxidant, boost immunity, weight lose, lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol.
oolong tea is good for digestion, antioxidant, boost immunity .
