A chatpata chaat from the land of true foodies of India, here is the recipe so that you can make it the comfort of your home.

Ingredients Required to make Dilli Chaat -

Papadi - 7-8

Beaten Curd - 2 Tablespoons

Salt - To Taste

Chat Masala - 1/2 Teaspoon

Boiled Potato - 1 Tablespoons

Onion Chopped - 2 Tablespoons

Tomato Chopped - 2 Tablespoons

Tamarind Chutney - 2 Tablespoons

Green Chutney - 2 Tablespoons

Nylon Sev - 2 Tablespoons

Pomegranate Seeds - 2 Tablespoons

Coriander leaves - To Garnish



Method to make Dilli Chaat -

1. In a plate place ready-made papadi, top it with fresh curd.
2. Sprinkle salt & chat masala, Put some boiled cubed potatoes over it.
3. Add chopped onion & tomato. Put green chutney and tamarind chutney to give it that tangy flavour.
4. Garnish it with sev, coriander & pomegranate seeds.
