- Cream cheese (room temperature) | 220 g (1.2 cup)
- Unsalted butter (room temperature) | 50 g (1.76 oz)
- Powdered sugar | 70 g (0.5 cup)
- Refrigerate for 1.5 hours
Topping:
- White chocolate | 70 g (2.46 oz)
- Cream (30-35%) | 60 ml (0.3 cup)
- Refrigerate for 4-5 hours
