"Berî beyane" is Kurdish for "early in the morning", also known as kazêwe (dawn).
This song is sung by same artist as in the video "Wunken" that I have uploaded, as mentioned there I do not know the singer's name but I do know he have sung with the legend Qadir Dîlan!
