Today am going to show how to make "Thengaipaal Biryani". Coconut milk biryani is mild, less spicy, moisture, well done in white colour. as I always say, please choose the perfect basmati rice to make biryani. choose good quality rice to turn your biryani aromatic. you can also use Seeraga Samba. Make a fresh paste of ginger, garlic, green chilli, extract coconut milk how I explained it in the video. water ration is very important otherwise the rice will be sticky. I have added homemade garam masala, check out the link below for the recipe. You can make this white biryani at any occasions.
