A Danish classic, but with ✨rhubarb✨ it’s finally rhubarb season and we’re so excited to share this recipe for our rhubarb slices/bars, “rabarbersnitter!” 🙌 This pastry is based on the classic Danish pastry, hindbærsnitter - just sub the raspberry filling for a delightfully tart and sweet rhubarb filling, and you’ve got a winner 🤩 we also challenged ourselves to make a diagonal lattice for the top of this pastry and we think it turned out so cute!
