In the dream world you can do literally anything you imagine. It's quite incredible but sometimes it can become overwhelming and you end up not knowing what to do. If this is a problem for you, this video will help!

Probably my favorite thing to do in a lucid dream is parkour, because I can practice it in a safe and controlled environment and master my skills there. I know many people who have used lucid dreaming to conquer their fears and become an overall more creative person :)
