Always feel very lucky when given the opportunity to talk about my new book, Feel Better in 5, on the most popular Breakfast TV show in the UK BBC Breakfast.
Remember, 5 minutes really is enough time to make a difference. In this short clip, I talked about one of my favourite health snacks in the book ‘The Classic Five’ bodyweight strength workout. What I love about it is that you don’t need to buy any equipment, you don’t need to join a gym and you don’t even need to get changed.
The easier you can make a behaviour, the more likely it is that you will be able to do over and over again. When motivation is high (like at the start of January for many of us!!) you will do behaviours that are hard to do. But when motivation runs out, as it always does, you will only do a behaviour when it is easy to do.
My plan will definitely work for you in January but will STILL be working for you in February, March, April and beyond!
