Hope you enjoy this vegan gluten free pumpkin pie recipe. Its perfect for Autumn and Halloween!

Ingredients:
Pie Crust:
- 300g GF self raising flour
- 110g plant based butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar

Filling:
- I can of pumpkin (450g approx)
-1/2 can coconut milk (230g approx)
-1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
-1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
-1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
-1/2 teaspoon all spice
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-80g golden syrup
- 105g sugar
-60g cornflour

TIP: Remember to bake at 180C/350F for one hour on the oven shelf furthest from the heat!
