Join me for a 15 minute BARRE(LESS) SCULPT WORKOUT to strengthen from head to toe with dancer inspired movements. This is a full body routine with NO EQUIPMENT needed. It's comparable to the portion of barre class when you step away from the barre and into the centre of the room for a combo of both standing and floor exercises.
