In this video I describe how the inner child is looking for validation and recognition of the emotional wounding experienced in childhood. The more the inner child feels seen and heard the less this part of us has to work so hard to get our attention. Through a series of letters between the inner child and the adult self you will be able to heal a false narrative that you may have had most of your life. Take the time to do this important work and give your inner child the voice that it has yearned for all these years. Know that once the inner child see's the adult self listening and setting consistent boundaries, the inner child will no longer feel the need to step forward using all the outdated wounded tools from childhood.
