The Slightly Shambolic Shuffles are back! My long-suffering lady wife and I ventured out to the second day of the Retro Rides Weekender at the Goodwood Motor Racing Circuit in West Sussex on 19th May 2019 hoping to get a glimpse of some tasty automotive treats as well as Mr Ian Seabrook (aka HubNut) in his 1972 Thundersley Invacar, known as TWC. We were not disappointed on either count!
Be prepared for masses of wind noise, mumbling and inaccurate commentary, a whole section of the gathering which was missing and lame attempts at in-jokes for HubNut fans.... We also have lengthy soliloquies on Mk2 Ford Granadas (unsurprisingly) and Fiat 131 Mirafioris, lots of BMC Farinas, some hilarious Autosolo action and plenty of personal nostalgia about Datsun Violets and B2 Audi 80s. Nothing untoward, then!
