In this video, I visit the local fish store of Edmonds, Washington named Aquarium Co-Op!
This fish store really took off on my radar when I started researching and educating myself on freshwater aquariums on YouTube! The 2012 brick-and-mortar storefront looked about to be 1,000 square feet, but now has expanded its operations, for storage, to the suite next door practically doubling its size. This extra storage space I feel is very beneficial to the store as it can provide a nice clean and simple storefront without the normal clutter and chaos that you might see in smaller storefronts.
It was also a pleasure seeing Murphy, the Mbu puffer who is practically the stores' mascot; and it was a very special treat for both him and I, as I was able to interact with him and feed him some frozen clams!
Next time you're near Seattle, Washington and have some time to spare, I feel the short 1 hour detour up to Aquarium Co-Op would be worth it :) who knows, maybe you can feed Murphy too!
