We spent 9 days in the Azores and visited two of the 9 islands, Sao Miguel and Santa María. Sao Miguel is the largest of the 9 volcanic Azores islands, its capital is Ponta Delgada, with about 69,000 inhabitants. In the first part of this 9-part miniseries, we take a walk in this city.
