Ingredients
100 grams adrak/ginger, peeled, washed & dried
100 grams hari mirch/green chillies, washed & dried
100 grams nimbu/lemons, washed & dried
4 tsp coarsely ground rai/mustard seeds
4 tsp coarsely ground saunf/fennel seeds
3 tbsp salt
1 tsp haldi/turmeric powder
1 tsp deghi lal mirch/red chilli powder
1/4 tsp heeng/asafoetida powder
1/2 cup sarson ka tel/mustard oil, heated until it smokes then cooled down completely (mistakenly mentioned as 1/2 tsp in the video)
3 tbsp sirka/white vinegar
juice of 2 lemons
