Another golden oldie British comedy from the 1970's.
It was before my time but I remember watching some episodes when I was little. The only thing I really remember though is the infamous rollerskating scene which I believe (along with any other stunts on the show) were done by main actor Michael Crawford himself. Classic slapstick stupidity. "Oooh Betty!"
Fun fact: Michael Crawford played the role of the Phantom in 'Phantom of the Opera' in the first iteration of the West End Musical.
You're welcome.
The conditions for my lockdown videos were:
I only had a limited amount of time to learn (mostly by ear) and record the songs (as I am a key worker) so they were usually recorded in one or two takes so they are certainly not flawless recordings.
I played all the instruments (including programming the drums from scratch).
As the videos started to get more elaborate I could only film them within the confines of my house and garden in keeping with the lockdown rules.
