pd: deep down it may not be Neco Arc but y'all forget that any character in the Melty Blood Universe can be Necofied and become one, remember that City in Melty Blood Type Lumina that has Neco Arc Police and security? and that they prohibited the entrance of any other Neco Arc (The Original) inside? even if this is a idw character it got Necofied canonically in that Universe thus Being a Neco Arc, Period.
