10 minute at home workout! No equipment necessary, but if you have a band you may use it. The goal is to get as many reps in as possible during the set and repeat this routine up to 3x for maximum results.
Always listen to your body and take breaks when needed. If an exercise causes you pain, do not do it. Use a stable chair, unlike myself. Enjoy!
