This is a guided affirmation to help you get into an attitude of gratitude. One of the quickest ways to feel happy and to 'rise higher' energetically, is to appreciate what is already wonderful in your life. Raise your vibration and attract fantastic experiences by putting yourself in the allowing or receiving mode. This is it, this is how you feel happy now, allow and attract a sensational life.

If you wish to live an extraordinary life, way beyond what you could have ever imagined possible, appreciation is the way to get there. Focus on all the good that already exists. Focus on all the help that already exists, focus on the abundance you already have, the earth is supplying you with incredible things to appreciate.
