Ingredients for Home Remedy 1:
1 Cup Water
1 inch Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
1/2 pcs Licorice (Mulethi Stick)
A pinch Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch)
2-3 Tulsi Leaves
1 tsp Honey
Method:
1. Boil all the ingredients except honey in water. Strain the concoction , add honey.
Ingredients for Home Remedy 2:
1.5 cup Water
A pinch Salt, Rock Salt, Black Pepper Powder
1/4 tsp Chopped Fresh Ginger
1/4 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Tea leaves
1 tsp Honey
1/2 tsp Lemon juice
Method:
1. Boil all the ingredients except tealeaves in water. When water reduces to 1 cup then, add tea leaves and strain immediately. Add honey and lemon.
