The Fog Cutter is a classic Trader Vic’s cocktail from the 1940’s.
Orgeat, a blend of different spirits, such as brandy, gin, and rum, it has all the markers of a Vic’s drink.
But what happens when I want a Fog Cutter, but I am not out gin!? Or even worse, what if I don’t like gin!?
Well there is a way to still make a tasty Fog Cutter even without gin, and it’s got a b-e-a-utiful color!
Make sure to check out the whole video to see how I do my infusions and probably the stupidest mistake I’ve ever made.
