All commands mentioned in this video:
pwd = print working directory
ls = shows list of items in current directory
cd + path = change current directory
first letter(s) + Tab = autocompletes name(double Tab returns all possible names starting with identical character entered(if any))
cd .. = changes current directory to parent directory
cp /path/name/ ./ = copy file to current directory
mkdir = creates new directory(folder)
touch + name = creates new file
open + path = opens file/folder in Finder
rmdir + directory name or path = removes directory (permanent delete)
rm + file name = removes file (permanent delete)
man + "any command" = shows all manual commands for selected command
mv + path(from) path(to) = moves folders/files from one directory to another
mv + fileName + path(to) = moves file from current directory to another
mv + currentName + newName = renames file ...by moving its name from one to another
arrow up/down = scroll through previous commands
history = prints history of all previously used commands
command + K = clears command logs
clear = clears command logs in UI
nano = creates and opens "new" nano text editor
nano + pathToTextFile = opens nano text editor for file
Nano Commands:
Control + O = saves file for nano
Control + X = closes nano
Finder:
Press and Hold "Option" key in Finder to see the path to current File/folder
