Self-described "Cosmic Twins, Ernest and John met over thirty years ago in medical school, where they instantly connected. They shared similar life experiences of growing up in various places and witnessing first-hand the cruel suffering of those who had no healthcare.

After medical school, the men realized that they would have to think bigger than seeing patients make the change they envisioned. They gave up their careers as physicians and became "Doctor of Health Systems." Together they founded BroadReach Group, starting in Botswana and South Africa, where they began to develop an AI platform, now called Vantage, that empowers governments, insurance companies, hospitals, and clinics with critical data to get accurate information at the right time. 

Today, they use predictive AI to discover patients at risk of stopping their HIV medicines and connecting them back into the healthcare system to prevent harmful lapses in treatment. They have now expanded to diabetes, cancer, and COVID-19. To date, BroadReach Group has grown all over the world and helped more than 50 million people.​
