My rabid insatiable obsession with a cartoon reboot about ducks (one episode in particular) gets the better of me once again.
Woo! The editing for this took way quicker than I expected! I've been working at this meme for a good while (probably a month or two?) to de-stress between and during online classes. I haven't animated in a good while, and this is technically my second ever completed animation! (Outside of animatic/storyboard) Crazy huh? I'm actually really proud of the result too!
I can't possibly describe just how much this show, this episode, and ESPECIALLY this damn character means to me. I really miss Ducktales 2017 and Gyro more and more every day, man. I've been wanting to make an animation based around the episode "Astro B.O.Y.D!" for ages, but I wasn't sure just what to do for it. That was until I took a listen to Jack Stauber's "Choice"! I love Jack Stauber's music, and this song just kinda fits with Gyro and his arc throughout Astro B.O.Y.D! in a weird Jack Stauber-y way. I love this cartoon chicken way too much for my own good, help-
