In today's homily on the feast of the Dedication of the Basilica of St. Francis in Assisi, Fr. Terrance comments on the first reading from the day, taken from the 15th chapter of the book of Acts, and he shares with us 3 basic principles from that reading which still apply today: faith in the Councils of the Church, faith in the decisions of Peter and his successors, and faith in the guidance of the Holy Spirit. At the end, he ties in that lesson with the Franciscan feast of the day.
