I'm excited to bring you this sunrise pilates workout which is really similar to the way I like to move in the morning, a little bit of strengthening, stretching and mobility. You'll feel the work but also feel confident and ready to face the day. Of course you can do this routine at any time not just in the morning but it's always fab to get into a morning routine and Pilates is the best way to start the day in my opinion.
