This is Episode 6 in a CNC Tutorial Mini-Series where I'll be replicating a DC-Motor CamShaft which was previously professionally milled with my TAIG CNC.
In this Episode (and Episode 7 to follow), we will finish cutting through the center pocket (used for finding my XY zero) and finish all milling to be done on the top of the part.
This tutorial is a comprehensive walkthrough - soup to nuts. Future episodes will include CAD, CAM, toolpath creation, Feeds & Speeds, Fixturing, and operating the TAIG mill! 5 Reasons to Use a Fixture Plate on Your CNC Machine: [ Ссылка ]
