This is part four of a possible head gasket job, could be a simple timing chain job, or a VVT gear job. Knowing that multiple cylinders are not holding compression makes you think that the head gaskets are gone, but the VVT gears can give similar symptoms when they go bad, so this can cause some confusion. Anyways, this is to show how to remove the drive belt, belt tensioner, idler pulley, crankshaft pulley(aka harmonic balancer), water pump, and timing cover.
