Chocolate bark is a thin layer of chocolate covered in your own choice of nuts, freeze dried fruits and dried fruits. You then break or cut the bark into uneven pieces. It makes a great gift. Start with tempered chocolate especially if you are giving away as a gift that way it will still look gorgeous and glossy when you give it away (instead of milky with an uneven colour).
