A Spicy Spin On This A-MAIZE-ing Summer Staple.
Indian spices bring big flavor to your grilled corn on the cob game.
INGREDIENTS:
4 ears of corn, husked and silked
1 tsp ground red chili powder
1 tsp amchoor powder
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp black salt
1 tsp salt
2 limes, split in half
STEPS:
1.) On an open flame, grill corn until charred on all sides.
2.) Mix all spices and salts on a small plate. Dip cut lime into spice mixture, and rub all around the surface of the charred corn.
3.) Enjoy right away!
