Today I am going to teach you how to make my delicious MEATBALLS. #shorts
Ingredients (serves 4):
-750g ground meat (half beef, half pork)
-2 eggs
-50g breadcrumbs
-a small bunch of fresh parsley
-70g Parmigiano cheese
-500g tomato passata
-1 garlic clove
-a pinch of salt
-a pinch of pepper
-extra virgin olive oil
In a bowl, mix ground meat with eggs, breadcrumbs, a pinch of salt and pepper, chopped parsley and grated Parmigiano cheese.
Use your hands to form small meatballs of 30g each (it will make approximately 35/40 meatballs).
In a plan over medium-low heat, sizzle some chopped garlic with a good amount of extra virgin olive oil.
Add your meatballs and cook them until brown, flipping them with a spoon from time to time to cook them evenly.
Add tomato passata, cover with a lid and cook for about 20 mins or until fully cooked, stirring occasionally.
