This is a video of my first use the Vortex on my Weber Master-Touch Kettle Grill. I have smoked wings before on my Weber, but they were no match for how they turned out using the Vortex. Beautiful color, crispy rendered skin, a nice touch of oak smoke, and juicy on the inside. After just my first time using the Vortex, I am already thinking of other creative ways to use it. It's a very simple tool, but extremely effective!
