Absentee Owner mailing lists are the "go-to" list for most real estate investors. Absentee owner properties are in every market, sell to investors all the time, and are a great litmus test to "test" the receptiveness of a market to direct to seller marketing.

In today's video, we utilize PropStream to pull an absentee owner mailing list with an equity range of 35-100%. We do NOT include last sale date or length of ownership filters when we pull an absentee owner mailing list.
