This is one of my favorite stews to make and to eat it’s so delicious and it comes together so fast, it’s amazing with white rice….





——Ingredients——

-2 pounds of your favorite cut of beef, lamb or veal (I used chuck tender steak)
-2 cans of chickpeas
-2 medium size onions sliced
-2 cloves of garlic
-3 tablespoons of olive oil
-1/2 teaspoon of salt or to taste
-1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
-1 teaspoon turmeric
-1 teaspoon curry powder
-1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
-4 cups of water

Simmer on medium heat for 25 to 40 minutes and serve it with white rice and enjoy.
