For base:
200 g dates
180 g almonds
Blend until well combined and press tightly in in a 20 cm cake tin.
For filling:
150 g soaked cashews
5 tbsp maple syrup
1 lemon juice
800 g strawberries
150 ml plant based milk
2.5 tsp agar agar
Blend cashews, maple syrup, lemon juice and strawberries until smooth. Mic plant based milk with agar agar and boil for 2 min. Blend together with strawberry mixture and pour it on the base. Let it sit for at least 2 hours.
