South Korea has adjusted its COVID-19 testing regime to ease pressure on its over-burdened medical system. PCR tests will now be reserved for the elderly, while others can make do with a rapid antigen test at their local clinics. The country reported a record high of more than 22,000 new COVID-19 cases, following the Lunar New Year holiday.
