This little world is almost completely covered with water, that's why local people living on the small islands learn to swim before learning to walk. But there is not enough just to build the big fleet to win the game because the distance between islands is quite short, so all 20 civilizations are also needed massive land forces for very long and bloody storms of fortified cities. On this map, it is not so difficult to swim up to the surface, but the hardest part to stay afloat and achieve something more.
