In this video, I demonstrate how to create a ginger poultice based on Barbara O’Neill’s guidance.
I applied this method to my husband’s seriously inflamed knee injury.
Within a span of 30-40 minutes, the warming sensation became evident. It notably alleviated his inflammation, and we repeated the process a couple of times. Considering the severity of his injury, we combined the ginger poultice with some icing. Although he hasn’t fully recovered yet and will need professional medical assessment, adhering to this approach significantly assisted in minimizing the discomfort.
