It is very easy for people to program themselves negatively. It's something people learn to do on their own. But what does negative self programming mean? It consists of two things - negative words and negative pictures repeated many times over in the mind. When you repeatedly use negative words and hold negative images in your mind for prolonged periods of time, these words and images very quickly begin to function as mental programs. Here are few steps you can take towards a more positive way of life.
