Big Onion 1
If u don't have small onion use 2 Big Onion
Green chilli 4 to 5
Curry leaves
Salt
Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2tsp
Turmeric powder 2 pinch
Fenugreek powder 1/4 tsp
Tomato 1
Vinegar 1/4tsp
Water 1/4 to 1/2 cup

Thick coconut milk 3/4 cup
Cashew paste opt
Hot Water 1/2 cup

For Seasoning
Small onion 4
Ghee -1tsp
Curryleaves
