Gameplay of me fighting Manus, Father of the Abyss in the Artorias of the Abyss DLC of Dark Souls Remastered.
Manus, once a primordial human, was resurected by the people of Oolacile, fooled by a serpent. This mistake caused Manus' humanity to go wild, and therefore creating the Abyss that began to swallow the whole land.
During this incident, Artorias, one of Gwyn's Four Knights, came to Oolacile to face Manus and save Princess Dusk, who had been abducted, but was no match for the Father of the Abyss himself.
Manus then became mad and started searching about something that belonged to him : a mysterious Broken Pendant. Due to his immense power, he began snatching individuals from across the ages, desperatly searching for his treasure.
That is, until one of these individuals, who possessed his pendant, would suceed in finally beating Manus, thus saving Princess Dusk and the land of Oolacile.
