After about 3 hours of trying, I finally got Yoshi to the last part of the Final Battle with Bowser. It just messes with the cut scenes that follow through.
Keeping him alive was SO annoying...

The recording was about 2 hours in length, and that's with stopping every time I died and getting back..

P.S. - I lost Yoshi at the end by accident, I didn't see his shadow. But it's not like I was going to be able to keep him that long anyway...I was going to have to catch him in mid-air while the Meteor went to Bowser. Mostly luck....
I'll TRY to do it again, but no guarantee since this is the most annoying thing I've ever tried to do.

BY THE WAY. Notice my star bits near the end? Yeah, that's with getting about 10 star bits per death. I died about 50 times....
