In this meditation, I will guide you in the process of sending healing energy to a loved one.
If you like, you can make an appointment with the person and ask them to meditate during the treatment so that they can experience it with you. If the person receives the treatment consciously, the results may be more effective, but you can certainly also send them energy anonymously: proceed as you prefer.

Sending healing energy to a loved one is a great way to learn to focus our minds and open our hearts at the same time. When we direct our thoughts and energy towards someone we care about, we can help them to heal on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.

When you send healing energy to someone, you need to first quiet your mind and focus on the person you are sending energy to. You can visualize them surrounded by white light or whatever image represents healing for you. Once you have focused your thoughts on this image, feel your heart opening up and send the healing energy out.
