One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) is performed to test for differences among groups on a dependent variable. The independent variable is a factor/categorical/grouping/ variable and the dependent variable is a continuous variable. Generally, one-way ANOVA is performed in order for comparing three or more groups on the dependent variable. Nevertheless, it is good to compare 2 groups [equivalent to independent samples [t-test].
This is Video 3: One-Way-ANOVA is performed using general Linear Model (GLM) with additional test results.
