Round Pan Japanese Tamagoyaki omelet recipe| Easy egg roll recipe
5 eggs
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Mirin 1 tbsp
Milk 3 tbsp
1) Mix all the ingredients together
2) Strain the egg mixture through a sieve (optional for moor fine texture0
3) Heat a little cooking oil in a pan over low heat
4) Lay a thin layer of the mixture on the pan.
5) Roll the eggs
6) Oil the pan between each layer
7) Repeat until you run out of beaten eggs
8) Cool and cut the Tamagoyaki omelet
** you don't have to use the mirin if you don't have **
