What is MHM?

MHM (Mental Health Matters) is a platform that focuses on healing unconscious beliefs that were programmed to you as a child. MHM wants to help you heal your negative beliefs and help you build a healthy loving relationship with yourself. You will become in union with self, and others. MHM is a platform to help push you to heal your wounded inner child. So you can become the best versions of yourself for the next generation. MHM is a platform to push you closer to unity with self, which will lead you in unity with God. Without God, love is impossible. And the idea of real genuine love, comes from God. MHM wants you to see you, how God sees you which is a master piece. Regardless of your conditions, you were made as God made you and He loves your darkness and your light. He wants to you to see the side that you haven’t seen just yet. And we hope that we can stir you in that direction.

Today, we are talking about empaths, and how empaths should take care of themselves mentally, physically, and emotionally.

WHAT IS AN EMPATH?

An empath is someone who is highly sensitive to the emotions and energies of others. They can intuitively feel and often take on the feelings and experiences of those around them, which can make them deeply compassionate and understanding. This heightened sensitivity can sometimes be overwhelming, leading empaths to need time alone to recharge.

WHY SHOULDN’T YOU INTERNALIZE?

Internalizing things can be harmful because it can lead to increased stress, anxiety, and emotional distress. When you internalize, you keep your feelings and concerns bottled up, which can prevent you from processing and addressing them in a healthy way. This can negatively impact your mental and physical health, and hinder your ability to communicate effectively and maintain healthy relationships.

STOP INTERNALIZING:
•People’s feelings towards you, you can’t control people, what they do, what they say, and how they act. But you can control the way you let it affect you. So don’t let it affect you.

•What people say about you is always a reflection of themselves, so if someone is talking bad about you, for no reason, imagine how they talk about themselves.

•The energy around you, you can never control but you can be selective who you give your energy too.

•People’s actions towards you, again is something you cannot control. And is a reflection of themselves. Do not take things personally.


WHY DO YOU NEED SELF LOVE?
Self-love is essential because it forms the foundation for your overall well-being and happiness. It allows you to accept and appreciate yourself, fostering a positive self-image and healthy self-esteem. With self-love, you are better equipped to set boundaries, make decisions that align with your values, and nurture your mental, emotional, and physical health. It also enables you to build more fulfilling relationships and approach life's challenges with resilience and confidence.
