INGREDIENTS:
Maida - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/3 cup
Cardamom - 2 Nos
Melted Ghee - 1/2 cup
Red Food Color Powder - a pinch
Salt - a pinch
PROCEDURE:
1) In a mixie, add the sugar, cardamom and grind them into fine powder.
2) Sieve the grounded powder.
3) In a mixing bowl, add the melted ghee, sieved powder and mix them using a blender.
4) Sieve the maida, add it to the ghee mixture and mix well and knead as shown in the video.
5) Add a pinch of salt and mix well.
6) Take small amount of the mixture and roll them into small balls.
7) Now shape them into cookies shape and place them on a butter paper by leaving a small gap between each cookies.
8) Take a pinch of red food color powder, add little amount of water and mix it into a thick paste.
9) Keep a big dot on the cookies for decorating it (optional).
10) Pre-heat the OTG for about 5 mins at 160 degrees.
11) Now place the butter paper on the OTG tray and bake for about 15 mins at 160 degrees.
