Allowing our mental realm to function in each of our own individual ways, in alignment with our being.

Uncrossing Oil: To cut ties with mental attachments that are draining us. To remove any unaligned, unwanted energies, thinking, seeing. Ensuring the energies attached to our minds eye are our own and not those of others.

Hand movements: Plucking and Brushing away any unwanted, unaligned energies from our mental realm. Unhooking any unnecessary attachments. Really clearing our mental energy realm of energies to make way for clarity and clear thinking.
