Deep fried turkey instructions:
Be sure you read all safety instructions that come with your deep fry pot.
Make sure you’re in a safe place outdoors on gravel or grass with no roof above your head.
Make sure your oil level is correct in in the pot. Instructions in video.
Heat oil to 350.
Inject turkey with marinade flavoring of your choice.
When placing turkey and in to hot oil you have the option of turning the burner off. You can re-light burner after the oil settles down and the lid is on the fryer.
Fry turkey for 3 1/2 minutes per pound at 350° oil
Let rest for 10-20 minutes and carve and enjoy.
